HOW DO I SET AN APPOINTMENT TO GET A BRACELET?
Our studio space is located in the 1075 postcode of Amsterdam, in a charming area right by Vondelpark. The exact address is auto-emailed immediately after booking to prevent unscheduled guests in the area since it is on a residential block.

HOW DOES PERMANENT JEWELRY WORK?
1) Choose a chain style.
2) We'll custom fit the chain length to you.
3) Using a high quality machine meant for jewelry, we fuse the two ends of the chain together creating an "infinity" bracelet.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REMOVE IT?
No problem! Simply cut the chain (at the jump ring that was used to connect the two ends using scissors.) Keep it, and we can reconnect it when you're ready for it again! (Bring the original chain)

MY BRACELET BROKE, WHAT DO I DO?
Our bracelets are dainty and connected to make it the "infinity"style, but that does not make it indestructible. Keep the chain and we can connect it again :) Our chains are custom fit to you, so they are non-refundable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
We offer several styles of chains in 14k solid gold and 14k gold-filled options.
We have 1 option in 14k white gold.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN THE TYPES OF GOLD?
Our chains are all REAL gold, and we offer 2 varieties. 14k solid (entire chain is gold) and gold-filled (NOT plated, does NOT turn green) where there is a top quality base metal and the thick layer is still REAL gold. See the photo below for a visual explanation.
